You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content

You retain all rights to your original photos.
Enhanced photos generated by our Service are yours to use commercially.
Our Service, algorithms, and branding remain our property.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Subscription fees are charged monthly. You can cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months. Additional credits can be purchased and never expire.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Italian courts.
